1. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

  • A return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

  • Certain items such as personal care products, beauty items, undergarments, or intimate goods are not eligible for return due to hygienic reasons


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • Change of mind

  • Used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Products listed as Final Sale

  • Customized or special-order items


3. Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos or videos as proof

  3. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost


4. Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please place a new order after your refund is processed.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to defective, damaged, or wrong items, we cover the return shipping cost

  • For all other return reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee
